Nita KirbyYour April Host: Nita Kirby

Director of Product Strategy & Adoption, CyberGrants

Over the last 28 years, Ms. Kirby has focused her outcomes on creating positive engagements throughout her professional career. With a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, she has spent the last 20 plus years fine-tuning her project. product and client management skills with Federal/local governments, corporations and non-profits.

During her experiences, she has overseen training and planning for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Games for Public Safety Professionals, developed and implemented TQM (Total Quality Management) processes, been recognized for outstanding achievement and raised two wonderful children. Currently, Ms. Kirby serves as Director of Product Strategy & Adoption with responsibilities that span from product enhancement, usage/adoption, strategic alignment and client development for both corporate and corporate foundation clients striving for new programmatic outcomes. In addition, Nita has assisted in the facilitation of successful launches and change protocol of philanthropic programs for many of CyberGrants’ key customers as well as active involvement in process improvements for how the company manages its client’s programs and relationships.
